摘要
红枣中环核苷酸含量丰富而且十分稳定,在已报道的文献中位居首位。实验采用超声波辅助法提取红枣中环磷酸腺苷和环磷酸鸟苷,以高效液相色谱法测定不同品种及不同杀菌方式、干燥方式对红枣产品中环核苷酸含量的影响。结果表明,11种红枣果中环磷酸腺苷含量最高为28.71 μg/g,环磷酸鸟苷最高含量为52.27 μg/g;经微波干燥处理后梨枣粉中环核苷酸含量最高,杀菌处理可不同程度降解红枣果汁中环核苷酸含量。
The cyclic-nucleotide content is abundant and stable in jujube fruit,and is the highest in animals and plants tested in published articles so far.The method of ultrasound and water bath extraction on the extraction of cAMP and cGMP was used in this paper and high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was applied to analysis cyclic-nucleotide in different jujubes and sterilized dry methods,evaporated jujube products.The results showed that the highest cAMP (28.71 μg/g) content and cGMP (52.27 μg/g) content was found in eleven kinds jujubes.Microwave dried jujube powers exhibited the highest cyclic-nucleotide content and different sterilizations could degrade cyclic-nucleotide content in jujube juices.
