基于降解秸秆的解纤维梭菌与活性污泥的人工菌系研究

摘要 通过汽爆、粉碎2种不同预处理方法处理秸秆,并用解纤维梭菌与活性污泥所构的人工菌系对其进行降解,通过比较秸秆的降解率及人工菌系的产气率,分析不同接种顺序对发酵体系的影响。试验结果表明,先接种解纤维梭菌或同时接种解纤维梭菌和活性污泥的降解效果及产气率都要大于先接种活性污泥的菌系。 Straws,obtained by using two different pretreatment methods of steam explosion and smashing stalk,were degraded by artificial strains composed of Clostridium cellulolyticum and activated sludge.The degradation efficiency and gas production rate of degraded straws in different inoculation sequences were analyzed.It indicates that the degradation effect and gas production rate of Clostridium cellulolyticum or the simultaneous inoculation of Clostridium cellulolyticum and sludge are greater than those of the first inoculated sludge.The comprehensive data showed that Clostridium cellulolyticum had a good degradation rate of lignocellulose first,and then gas was produced by reducing sugar.Therefore,it is possible to first use the Clostridium cellulolyticum to degrade the straw,let it release the reducing sugar,and then inoculate the activated sludge,which will be more favorable for the formation of hydrogen and methane in the later stage.
