Investigation on WG66 Natural Gas Compressor in the Process of Coalbed Methane Pressurization

WG66型分体式天然气压缩机组是华北油田山西煤层气分公司处理中心煤层气增压的关键设备,自2009年投入运行以来,该型号压缩机出现过振动较大、润滑油无油流、气缸温度高等故障,关于这些问题,有的从原理上进行改造,有的是发现仪器仪表的电池缺电,有的故障是因为维护不及时及没有制定一个详实可行的维护管理制度。笔者针对以上问题进行故障的分析和处理,为类似压缩机的运行提供一定的参考和借鉴。

The wg66 split type natural gas compressor unit is the key equipment of CBM pressurization in the processing center of Shanxi coalbed methane branch of North China Oilfield.Since it was put into operation in 2009,there have been many failures of this type of compressor,such as large vibration,no oil flow of lubricating oil,high cylinder temperature,etc.,some of which have been reformed in principle,or corrected by solving the power shortage of the battery of instruments.Other faults are due to untimely maintenance and failure to establish a detailed and feasible maintenance management system.The author analyzes and deals with the above problems to provide some reference for similar compressor operation.
