山西省矿产品进口制约因素分析及对策

Restrictive Factors and Countermeasures of the Importation of Mineral Products in Shanxi

近年来,山西省资源性矿产品进口比重接近40%,是除电子产品之外的第二大进口商品。山西省政府年初制定的《关于扩大进口促进对外贸易平衡发展的指导意见》中提出要稳定资源性产品的进口。但受银行业融资“行业限额”规定影响,矿产品进口企业融资受限。本文通过对山西省矿产品进口企业相关情况的调查,了解制约矿产品进口的因素,并就促进矿产品进口贸易高质量发展提出了相应的对策和建议。

In recent years,the imported mineral products of Shanxi have accounted for 40 per cent of the total import of products,second to the import of electronic products.The government of Shanxi province promulgated Guiding Opinions on Strengthening Import to Promote the Balanced Development of Foreign Trade at the beginning of this year,proposing to stabilize the import of resource products.However,due to the restriction of quotas in various industries,the financing of resource importation enterprises is limited.This paper investigates the factors that restrict the import of mineral product enterprises in Shanxi,and brings forward recommendations for the high-quality development of the international trade of mineral products.
