摘要
本文针对火电厂空气预热器堵塞问题开展了堵塞机理和防堵对策研究。首先,根据电厂空预器运行数据分析发现空预器存在堵塞的现象,然后对空预器积灰取样进行灰垢成分分析,发现氨逃逸导致灰垢中硫酸盐的积累。最后基于堵塞机理给出了6种防堵对策,结果表明这几种防堵对策均有一定的效果,但循环风防堵技术效果更明显。
In this paper,the blocking mechanism and antiblocking measures of air preheater in thermal power plant are studied.Firstly,according to the analysis of the operation data of the air preheater in the power plant,it is found that the air preheater is blocked,and then the ash deposit of the air preheater is sampled for ash scale composition analysis.It is found that the escape of ammonia leads to the accumulation of sulfate in the ash scale.Finally,based on the blocking mechanism,six kinds of anti blocking countermeasures are given.The results show that these countermeasures have certain effect,but the effect of circulating air anti blocking technology is more obvious.
