不同生产线入窑生料掺加硫、碱对熟料烧成作用研究

摘要 对取自不同水泥厂(ZY、JL)的入窑生料掺加一定含量的K2CO3、Na2CO3、CaSO4·2H2O,分别从生料综合热分析、生料易烧性以及熟料矿物组成三个方面,研究不同生产线入窑生料掺加硫、碱对熟料烧成的作用。结果表明:硫、碱会影响到碳酸盐分解过程,C3S形成时的热效应、f-CaO的吸收以及熟料中C3S的含量。然而,相同含量的硫、碱对于不同生产线的入窑生料,在其熟料烧成过程中的作用会存在着一定的差异性。 The raw meal into kiln from different cement plants(ZY,JL)were mixed with a certain content of K2CO3,Na2CO3,CaSO4·2H2O.From the three aspects of raw meal comprehensive thermal analysis,raw meal flammability and clinker mineral composition,the effects of adding sulfur and alkali to burning of clinker in raw meal into the kiln of different production lines were studied.The results show that both sulfur and alkali affect the decomposition process of carbonate,the thermal effect of C3S formation,the absorption of f-CaO and the content of C3S in clinker.However,the same content of sulfur and alkali in raw meal into the kiln of different production lines will have certain differences in the effect of the burning of clinker.
