摘要
在较低温度下先制备糊精乳液,再将石灰、砂、土和激发剂同糊精乳液搅拌均匀,制备基于糊精灰浆的复合材料,并对26组不同组分试样进行力学性能试验。结果表明添加糊精和合适的激发剂,减少砂含量能提高复合材料力学强度,当灰∶土∶砂等于1∶2∶3,糊精浓度为12%,激发剂采用硅酸钠时力学性能较好,此时复合材料28 d抗压和抗折强度分别为5.6 MPa和1.1 MPa,90 d抗压和抗折强度分别为9.0 MPa和1.8 MPa,糊精和激发剂加速了石灰的凝结固化是提高强度的主要原因。该复合材料的制备方法简单有效,前期力学性能较好,可为文物保护和工程应用提供参考。
Composite materials based on dextrin mortar were made by mixing hydrated lime,sand,clay and excitation with dextrin emulsion,which was produced under lower temperature,and experimental study on mechanical properties of 26 group samples with different components were done.The results show that adding dextrin and appropriate excitation and reducing the content of sand could improve the mechanical properties,and the mechanical properties are better that the mass ratio of the lime,soil,sand is 1∶2∶3,dextrin concentration is 12%,and the sodium silicate is used as excitation.The 28 d compressive and flexural strength of the composite are 5.6 MPa and 1.1 MPa,and the 90 d compressive and flexural strength are 9.0 MPa and 1.8 MPa.Dextrin and excitation can accelerate the setting and solidification of lime,which is the main reason to improve the strength.The preparation method is simple and effective,and its mechanical properties in early stage are good,which can provide reference for the protection of cultural relics and the application of engineering.
