磷矿悬浮态焙烧半工业化试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提高中低品位磷矿石(W(P2O5)<30%)的利用率,提升产品中碳酸盐的分解率和活性,以悬浮态焙烧-快速冷却技术为依据,并在前期基础实验和半工业化试验的研究基础上,研究设计了工业生产线基本路线并建成了磷矿悬浮态焙烧半工业化试验装置。以不同工况运行磷矿悬浮态焙烧半工业化试验系统。综合系统工艺设计、工况运行参数及矿样检测数据分析,研究结果得出:磷矿及磷尾矿悬浮态焙烧可以实现较高的碳酸盐分解率,产品中CaO活性高;控制中试系统焙烧炉温度在940℃以上时,可以实现磷矿石中碳酸盐的高效分解;970℃时焙烧矿平均变色时间为125 s,产品分解率达到98.9%;在半工业化试验中逐步优化并确定最佳工艺参数,最终提出适宜的技术路线和工艺流程。 In order to improve the utilization ratio of medium and low grade phosphorus mine(W(P2O5)<30%),high decomposition ratio of carbonate and high activity products can be obtained.On the basis of previous basic research and suspended calcining production line experiment,based on suspended calcining-rapid cooling technology,a roasting semi-industrialized test device was designed and constructed.Semi-industrial test system for suspension roasting of phosphate rock was operated under different conditions.The results show that suspended calcining of phosphate mine and phosphate tailing can achieve high decomposition rate of carbonate and high activity of CaO in products.The high efficient decomposition of carbonate in phosphate mine can be achieved by controlling the decomposition furnace above 940℃in production line.The average discoloration time of roasted are at 970℃is 125 s,and the decomposition rate of product reaches 98.9%.In the semi-industrial test,the optimum technological parameters are gradually optimized and determined,and the appropriate technological route and process flow are finally proposed.
