Analysis and epidemic treatment measures of disease spectrum in ophthalmology clinic during novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)outbreaks

摘要 目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情下眼科门诊疾病谱变化趋势及防疫处理对策。方法采用整群抽样法,以2020年1月1日至2月9日眼科门诊患者为研究组,以2019年同期就诊患者为对照组。根据ICD-10标准对两组人群进行门诊疾病谱变化趋势分析。结果2020年1月20日以前患者病例数及前十位病种分布及构成比较前无明显改变,但1月20日以后患者病例数明显减少,前十位病种分布及构成和就诊年龄改变明显。结论疫情期间眼科仍有较多平诊患者,需加强宣教和咨询辅助工作以进一步减少人群流动,对来诊患者,采取针对性防治措施,切断传染途径,避免疾病传播。 Objective To investigate the change trend of disease spectrum and relevant treatment measures for ophthalmic outpatients under novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)outbreaks.Methods The cluster sampling method was adopted.Ophthalmic outpatients from January 1,2020 to February 9,2020 were taken as the study group,and those treated in the same period in 2019 as the control group.According to the ICD-10 standard,the change trend of outpatient disease spectrum in two groups was analyzed.Results The number of patients and the distribution and composition of the top 10 disease groups had no significant difference comparing with those before January 20,2020,but the number of patients significantly decreased after Jan 20,2020,and there are significant change in the distribution and composition of the top 10 disease groups and the age of outpatients.Conclusion There are still many non-emergency patients in ophthalmology during the epidemic period,so it is necessary to strengthen propaganda,education and counseling assistance to further reduce the crowd flow.Targeted prevention and treatment measures should be taken to cut off the infectious route and avoid the spread of disease.
