摘要
目的初步探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的CT影像学表现,提高对其认识。方法收集我院自2020年1月23日至2月23日确诊新冠肺炎患者的CT图像,对其影像表现特征进行分析、总结。结果5例患者有4例为双肺病变;264处病变,位于胸膜下区188(71.2%),中央区76(28.8%)。CT表现为纯磨玻璃影(GGO)者128(48.5%)、GGO伴网格影者124(47%);斑片状、条带状及小叶中心类圆形病变分别为127(48.1%)、61(23.1%)、76(28.8%),且有167/188处(89%)斑片状、条带状病变位于胸膜下区,68/76处(89%)小叶中心类圆形病变位于非胸膜下区。结论COVID-19的CT表现以双肺多发胸膜下区斑片状GGO或GGO伴网格影为主,典型的CT影像表现对COVID-19的诊断具有提示作用。
Objective To primarily investigate the CT findings of the novel coronavirus pneumonia(COVID-19)in order to improve the understanding of the disease.Methods CT images of patients diagnosed with COVID-19 from January 23,2020 to February 23,2020 in our hospital were collected and the features of the lesions were analyzed.Results There were 5 patients were confirmed as COVID-19.A total of 9 CT scans were performed and 264 lesions were included in the analysis.Four of the five cases were bilateral distribution.We found that 188(71.2%)lesions were in subpleuralarea and 76(28.8%)were in central area.CT images showed that pure GGO was presented in 128 lesions(48.5%),and GGO accompanied by grid shadow with thickened interlobular septa were presented in 124 lesions(47%).Patchy,banded and lobular central round lesions were 127(48.1%),61(23.1%)and 76(28.8%),respectively.167(89%)patchy and banding shape lesions were located in the subpleural area,while 68(89%)lobular center circular lesions were located in the non-subpleural area.Conclusion The characteristic CT findings of COVID-19 are multiple patchy GGO or GGO accompanied by mesh shadows in subpleuralarea of both lungs.Typical CT findings are suggestive for the diagnosis of COVID-19.
