摘要
毒品犯罪已成为世界各国重点关注的突出问题。在全球治理的非传统安全领域中,其已被定性为对国际安全构成挑战的威胁客体。芬太尼类新精神活性物质作为一种新型毒品,在全球范围内的制造、走私和滥用问题越来越突出。基于此,从芬太尼类新精神活性物质药理毒理学性质、体内代谢情况、检测方法、前处理方法4个方面展开了综述,并对芬太尼类新精神活性物质的检测等技术发展方面做了简要展望。
Drug crime is a prominent issue of concern to all countries from pole to pole.It has been characterized as an object of threat to international security in the field of non-traditional security in global governance.As a new type of drug,the manufacture,smuggling and abuse of fentanyl are becoming increasingly serious worldwide.Based on this,a review was conducted of common fentanyl new psychoactive substances from four aspects of their pharmacological and toxicological properties,metabolism in the body,detection method and pretreatment method.Besides,a brief prospect was also given about its development.
