可再生能源配额制下电力市场多主体交易决策优化模型 被引量:15

摘要 随着可再生能源配额制(RPS)的正式实施,可再生能源参与电力市场的交易规模不断扩大,电力市场上各交易主体在市场中的相互竞争关系将发生重大变化。考虑可再生能源配额制和绿证市场对电力市场的影响,建立电力市场各交易主体最优决策模型,并利用逆向归纳法求出了各市场主体最优交易电量和交易价格;算例分析配额义务不断变化对电力市场交易价格,常规能源发电商、可再生能源发电商和售电商的电力交易量、利润产生的影响。结果表明:随着配额义务的不断增加,常规能源发电商和售电商的收益呈下降趋势,而随着可再生能源发电商的市场占比的不断扩大,将导致电力市场的交易价格上升。 With the official implementation of renewable portfolio system(RPS),the transaction scale of renewable energy sources in the electricity market is continuously extended,and the competitive relation between various trade subjects in the electricity market will be changed greatly.Based on the influence of renewable portfolio system and green certificate market on the electricity market,the optimal decision-making model for various trade subjects in the electricity market was established.Besides,the optimal electric quantity and price for trade and transaction of various trade subjects were obtained by the backward induction method.An analysis was made on the influence produced by the constant change of quota obligation on transaction price of electricity market as well as the power transaction volumes and profits of conventional power producers,renewable energy generation companies and electricity distributors.The results show that,the earnings of conventional power producers and electricity distributors are reduced with the continuous increase of quota obligation,meanwhile,as the market share of renewable energy generation companies rises continuously,the transaction price of electricity market will be increased.
