港珠澳大桥浇注式沥青混合料性能优化试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 为了进一步提高浇注式沥青混合料的高温承载能力,开展浇注式沥青混合料配合比优化设计研究,对粗集料/沥青砂胶、沥青用量、矿粉用量三个主要影响因素,确定了三个水平,采用正交试验方法,分析了三因素、三水平条件下浇注式沥青混合料的硬度、贯入度及增量、动稳定度、抗击韧性等性能指标及影响程度。结果表明:粗集料/沥青砂胶、沥青用量对高温稳定性影响较大,矿粉用量对疲劳抗裂性影响显著,通过综合评定,确定了浇注式沥青混合料的最佳配合比为粗集料:沥青砂胶=53:47、沥青用量为10.7%、矿粉用量为25%。 In order to improve the high temperature bearing capacity of GMA mixture used on Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge,test researching on the performance of mixture was carried out,including the optimization of mix design.In these test researching,the content of three main influencing factors,coarse aggregate/ME,asphalt and mineral powder,were analyzed in various conditions through the orthogonal test method.After analysis and comparison,the relationship between these three factors and the performance indexes,such as hardness,penetration,stability and resistance toughness,were found.The result indicates that the content of coarse aggregate/ME and asphalt has a great influence on the high temperature stability of GMA mixture,and the content of mineral powder has a significant influence on the fatigue crack resistance.Based on such comprehensive evaluation,the optimization of design mix design of GMA mixture is determined,the best constituent content of mixture is as following:aggregate/ME=53:47,the amount of asphalt is 10.7%,and the amount of mineral powder is 25%.
