On the Financing and Corporate Governance of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises——From the Perspective of Private Equity

中小企业是我国国民经济的重要组成部分,在我国的经济发展与建设中起着重要的作用,由于中小企业自身特点和外在条件限制,中小企业的发展受到了很大程度上的制约,主要问题有中小企业融资及公司治理问题。本文从私募股权的角度,研究私募股权如何解困中小企业融资及公司治理问题,对私募股权在发展过程中存在的问题进行了分析并提出解决的办法。

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important component of our national economy and they play a vital role in the economic development and construction of our country.Due to their own characteristics and external conditions,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises has been greatly restricted.The main problems are the financing and corporate governance of small and medium-sized enterprises.From the perspective of private equity,this paper studies how private equity solves the problems of financing and corporate governance of small and medium-sized enterprises,and analyzes the problems existing in the development of private equity and finally puts forward according solutions.
