摘要
以乳酸为原料,研究了催化转化丙酮酸技术。通过诱变筛选出性能优良的产酶菌株,选择合适的方法将细胞固定,进行乳酸的生物催化。再利用化学催化的方法将未被生物转化的乳酸转化为丙酮酸,反应液为混合液,未反应完全的乳酸和丙酮酸的分离成为技术的关键。本文主要介绍了络合萃取技术实现丙酮酸和乳酸的分离中试技术研究。
Lactic acid as raw materials,the catalytic conversion of pyruvic acid technology is studied.screening out enzyme production strains with excellent performance by mutagenesis,choose the appropriate method to fix cell,for lactic acid used as biological catalysis.The method of chemical catalytic is used to convert the non biotransformed lactic acid into pyruvate,reaction liquid mixture.Not separation of lactic acid and pyruvic acid reaction completely is the key technology.complexation extraction technology pyruvic acid and lactic acid separation research on pilot-scale technology are mainly introduced in this paper.
