摘要
采用GC-MS法分析薇甘菊挥发油化学成分,采用GC法建立其GC指纹图谱,并测定其中β-石竹烯的含量。结果表明,通过GC-MS法分析得到了薇甘菊挥发油的14个化学成分的相对含量;10批薇甘菊挥发油的GC指纹图谱显示出19个共有峰,相似度为0.80~0.95,批间相似度差异较大;以水杨酸甲酯为内标,采用GC法测定薇甘菊挥发油中β-石竹烯含量为0.00268%。该方法可为薇甘菊质量控制提供参考。
We analyzed the chemical components of the volatile oil from Mikania micrantha by GC-MS,established the GC fingerprint by GC,and determined the content ofβ-caryophyllene in the volatile oil by GC.The results show that 14 chemical components in the volatile oil from Mikania micrantha are identified by GC-MS,and their relative contents are determined.The GC fingerprints of 10 batches show 19 common peaks,the similarity is 0.80-0.95,and the similarity between batches is quite different.The content ofβ-caryophyllene in the volatile oil from Mikania micrantha is 0.00268%by GC while using methyl salicylate as an internal standard.This method can provide a reference for the quality control of Mikania micrantha.
