维药睡莲花生药学检测及其没食子酸含量测定 被引量:5

摘要 为提升维药睡莲花的质量控制标准,补充了睡莲花花苞切片的显微鉴别,新建了睡莲花的TLC鉴别,优化了睡莲花中没食子酸含量的HPLC检测方法。结果表明,睡莲花花苞切片显微形态特征明显,睡莲花药材粉末特征细胞显微形态清楚;TLC图谱斑点清晰,Rf值与对照品一致;没食子酸浓度在1.5625~100μg·mL^-1之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(R^2=1),精密度实验RSD为0.4072%,平均加标回收率为98.53%(RSD=1.98%,n=6)。 In order to improve the quality control standards of Nymphaea candida Presl.,we supplemented the microscopic identification of the slice of Nymphaea candida Presl.bud,established the TLC identification of Nymphaea candida Presl.,and optimized the HPLC determination method of the content of gallic acid from Nymphaea candida Presl..The results show the microstructural characteristics of the bud are obvious,and the microstructural characteristics of the powder are clear.Moreover,the spots of TLC pattern are clear,and the Rf value is consistent with that of the control.Furthermore,the gallic acid concentration shows a good linear relationship with peak area in the range of 1.5625μg·mL^-1 to 100μg·mL^-1(R^2=1),the RSD of precision experiment is 0.4072%,and the average recovery is 98.53%(RSD=1.98%,n=6).
