Research on Shaped Charge Automatic Assembly Line

为实现石油射孔弹自动化、少人化和安全化生产,满足建设自动化生产线的需求,在分析射孔弹自动化装药装配生产线功能需求的基础上,提出射孔弹自动化装药装配的工艺流程,设计石油射孔弹自动化装药装配生产线的布局和总体方案,研究生产线中的各个分系统。结果表明:该生产线能为高效运行提供保障,为项目实施奠定基础。

To satisfy perforating shaped charge assembly needs, realize the automatic, safe assembly of per forating shaped charge assembly. Based on analysis of the function of process flow, the layout of production line was designed. The overall scheme of perforating shaped charge automatic assembly line was developed and the research was conducted on subsystem.
