摘要
文中介绍了光模块灵敏度测试的两种测试方案,并简要分析了二者的优劣势。详细分析演算法通过最小二乘法拟合曲线的方式求指定点灵敏度理论依据及推导过程。搭建了基于SFP+光模块的测试环境,编译了Labview程序,实现了两种方案下的灵敏度测试数据的获取。通过对实验数据的分析,表明使用演算法能极大地的提高SFP+光模块的测试效率。
This paper introduces two test schemes of sensitivity test,and briefly analyses their advantages and disadvantages.The theoretical basis and derivation process of calculating the sensitivity of specified points by fitting curve with least square method are analyzed in detail.The test environment based on SFP+optical module is built,and the Labview program is compiled to obtain the sensitivity test data under the two schemes.Through the analysis of experimental data,it is shown that the test efficiency of SFP+optical module can be greatly improved by using the algorithm.
