摘要
目的通过横断面研究,运用数字化技术分析种植体龈袖口处软组织厚度对支持组织健康的影响。方法研究纳入15名患者共33颗Bicon种植体。记录改良菌斑指数(mPLI)、探诊深度(PD)、改良出血指数(mBI)、骨吸收量(BL)。将CBCT与口内模型的扫描图像重合,测量种植体颊侧不同位点龈袖口处软组织厚度。通过单因素及多因素统计方法分析种植体颊侧龈袖口处软组织厚度与PD、mBI和骨吸收量的关系。结果单因素分析中,龈袖口水平向软组织厚度与mBI和骨吸收量呈负相关性(r=-0.813,P<0.05;r=-0.474,P<0.05)。多因素分析中,龈袖口水平向软组织厚度每增加1mm,mBI和骨吸收量分别减少0.819和0.345mm(系数=-0.819,P<0.05;系数=-0.345,P<0.05)。结论种植体龈袖口处软组织厚度对维持支持组织健康具有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of the soft tissue thickness of peri-implant mucosal cuff on the supporting tissue health.Methods A total of 15 patients with 33 Bicon implants were included in this study.Clinical parameters including modified plaque index(mPlI),probing depth(PD),modified bleeding index(mBI)and bone loss(BL)were recorded.CBCT images and scanned files of intraoral casts were obtained.Measurement of the soft tissue thickness of peri-implant mucosal cuff at different buccal sites was performed on the merged images.Univariate and multivariate analysis were performed to calculate the correlations between the soft tissue thickness of peri-implant mucosal cuff and PD,mBI,BL.Results A negative correlation was found between the horizontal soft tissue thickness of peri-implant mucosal cuff and mBI and BL(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that when the horizontal soft tissue thickness of peri-implant mucosal cuff increased by 1 mm,mBI and BL decreased by 0.819 and 0.345 mm,respectively.Conclusion The soft tissue thickness of peri-implant mucosal cuff has a positive effect on maintaining the health of the supporting tissue.
