3dMD照像系统与头颅侧位片对面部侧貌测量的对比研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的用3dMD FaceSystem和X线头颅侧位片对正常面型人群面部软组织侧貌进行测量,研究两种测量方法的差异性,探究其准确性和临床可行性。方法以37名正常面型志愿者为研究对象,均进行3dMD照相和头颅侧位片拍照,并用X线头影测量和3dMD三维头影测量进行面部软组织线距、角度和比值的测量分析。对比分析三维和二维X线头影测量的测量结果,并进行统计学分析。结果3dMD三维和X线头影测量结果中Sn-Gn’、Sn-Sto、Sto-Gn’、Sn-Sto/Sto-Gn’、N’-Sn-Pog’、Sn-零子午线和Pog’-零子午线几项测量指标,无统计学差异。N’-Prn-Pog’、Cm-Sn-Ls两个测量角度、男性的上下面高比和总人数的N’-Sn有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论3dMD FaceSystem比X线头颅侧位片能更形象地表达颌面软组织侧貌的真实形态,但是不能简单的将二维测量的标志点应用于三维测量中,在三维测量中某些角度的正常值的界定还有待进一步研究。 Objective To evaluate the lateral profile using lateral cephalogram and 3dMD FaceSystem and to investigate the difference of these two measurements.Methods A total of 37 volunteers with normal face profile took 3dMD photograph and lateral cephalogram.The line distance,ratio and angle of the face profile were measured.The data of these two methods were compared and analyzed.Results The line distance of Sn-Gn’,Sn-Sto,Sto-Gn’,0-meridian to Sn and 0-meridian to Pog’,the ratio of Sn-Sto/Sto-Gn’,Sto-Gn’/Sto-Gn’and the angle of N’-Sn-Pog’had no significant differences,but the angle of N’-Prn-Pog’,Cm-Sn-Ls and N’-Sn had significant difference between the two methods(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the measurement of lateral cephalogram,the 3dMD measurement can describe the soft tissue shape better,but some of the landmarks in the lateral cephalogram cannot be used in the 3dMD measurement.
