摘要
在犹豫模糊环境下,针对评价属性权重和专家权重信息完全未知的情形,结合犹豫模糊混合加权集成算子,提出一种合理有效的群决策方法.首先,依据改进的犹豫模糊熵结合均熵求得决策者的客观权重,利用熵最小化原则和犹豫模糊指数熵确定评价属性的权重;接着,分别利用犹豫模糊加权算术平均算子和犹豫模糊混合加权算术平均算子对个体及群体犹豫模糊决策矩阵进行集结;然后,通过犹豫模糊得分函数实现方案的排序和择优;最后,把该方法应用在应急救援路径选择问题上,进而验证了所提群决策方法的有效性和实用性.
Combined with the hesitant fuzzy mixed weighted integration operator,a reasonable and effective group decision making method is proposed under the condition of uncertain fuzzy environment where the information of evaluation attribute weight and expert weight are completely unknown.Firstly,the objective weight of the decision maker is obtained by the improved hesitant fuzzy entropy combined with the average entropy,and the weight of the evaluation attribute is determined by the entropy minimization principle and the hesitant fuzzy exponential entropy.Then,the individual and group hesitant fuzzy decision matrices are assembled by using the hesitant fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging operator and the hesitant fuzzy mixed weighted arithmetic average operator respectively;hesitant fuzzy score function is used to achieve the order and preference of the program.Finally,this method is applied to the selection of emergency rescue path,and the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed group decision-making method are verified.
