摘要
基于磁悬浮变频冷水机组全年运行的实测数据,建立了磁悬浮变频冷水机组性能系数模型,分析了磁悬浮变频冷水机组供冷季不同负荷下的运行特性。研究表明,磁悬浮变频冷水机组具有良好的变频调节特性,其内部效率最大值并不是出现在额定工况,而是出现在部分负荷及小压缩比工况下。给出了磁悬浮变频冷水机组在供冷季的运行调控建议。
Conducts an energy performance simulation of magnetic bearing variable frequency chiller based on the annual field test results,and analyses its seasonal control strategy and operation characteristics during the whole cooling season.The results show that the magnetic bearing variable frequency chiller has better adjustment capability where the compressor efficiency reaches the highest value in the conditions of part load ratio and part compression ratio instead of rated condition.Puts forward some suggestions of operation and management of the magnetic bearing variable frequency chiller during the whole cooling season.
