动机·前景·理路:人类命运共同体理念的国外认知与评价

Motivation,Prospect and Path:Foreign Scholars'Cognition and Evaluation of the Concept of a Human Community with a Shared Future

国外学者对人类命运共同体理念的认知与评价集中围绕生成动机、发展前景、逻辑理路三个维度展开。从生成动机来看,人类命运共同体理念是中国历史文化的遗产、现实利益的彰显、责任担当的体现以及习近平领导风格的展现;从发展前景来看,构建人类命运共同体或是切实可行的现实方案,或面临诸多风险和挑战,或是难以实现的理想蓝图;从逻辑理路来看,要充分发挥“一带一路”建设的示范引领作用,妥善处理好世界范围内各领域的安全问题,建立健全构建人类命运共同体的国际法律机制,提倡树立多彩、平等、包容、互鉴的文明观。总体而言,国外学者对人类命运共同体理念的研究视域和范围不断拓展,但也存在研究缺乏系统性和完整性、研究立场呈现二元对立的发展趋势等问题,这为我们了解人类命运共同体理念的国外研究动态提供了重要参考。

Foreign scholars'cognition and evaluation of the concept of a human community with a shared future focus on three dimensions:generative motivation,development prospect and logical approach.From the perspective of generative motivation,the concept of a human community with a shared future is the heritage of Chinese history and culture,the manifestation of realistic interests,the embodiment of responsibility and the manifestation of Xi Jinping's leadership style.From the perspective of development prospect,building a human community with a shared future is either a practical and realistic plan,or faces many risks and challenges,or an ideal blueprint that is difficult to achieve.From the perspective of logical approach,we should give full play to the implementation and leading role of the Belt and Road Initiative,properly handle security issues in various fields around the world,establish and improve the international legal mechanism for building a human community with a shared future,and advocate the establishment of a colorful,equal,inclusive and mutual-learning concept of civilization.In short,foreign scholars are expanding their vision and scope in the study of the concept of a human community with a shared future,but there are still some weaknesses,such as the lack of systematicity and integrity,and the research orientation of binary opposition,which provides an important reference for our understanding of the trends of foreign scholars'research on the concept of a human community with a shared future.
