结直肠癌和脂肪代谢之间的关系

Correlation between colorectal cancer and fat metabolism

结直肠癌是胃肠外科常见的恶性肿瘤,在我国的发病率和病死率也较高,但是其发病机制尚不十分明确。大量研究提示,结直肠癌和脂肪代谢关系密切,充分了解结直肠癌和脂肪代谢的关系尤为重要,或可有助于早期诊断和治疗结直肠癌,进而降低病死率,提高患者的生存率。本文旨在对现有脂肪代谢和结直肠发生、发展的机制研究进行综述,为后期研究提供参考。

Colorectal cancer is a commonly cancer in gastrointestinal surgery,which has a highly morbidity and mortality in China,but its pathogenesis is not very clear.A number of scientific evidences suggest that colorectal cancer is closely related to fat metabolism.Therefore,it is important to sufficiently understand the correlation between colorectal cancer and fat metabolism,which may help for early diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer,thereby reducing mortality and improving survival rate.The purpose of this article is to review the existing research on the mechanisms of fat metabolism and the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer,and to provide a reference for later research.
