复方中药超微粉对人工感染致病性E.coli血清中免疫与生化指标的影响

Effects of the application of Chinese herbal medicine ultrafine powder on serum of immune and biochemical indexes in chickens infected with pathogenic E.coli

将180只14日龄雏鸡随机分成6组,每组3个重复,每重复10只,1~6组分别为阴性对照组、阳性对照组、抗生素组(1%头孢噻呋钠)和添加1.5%,2.0%,2.5%复方中药超微粉组。3~6组连续用药7d,除1组外,2~6组每只鸡攻E.coli 2.5×10^7 CFU,停药后继续饲养14d,于试验的第7,14,21天,每组随机抽取10只雏鸡采血,测定血清免疫与生化指标。结果显示,在试验的14,21d,2.0%,2.5%复方中药超微粉组血清中的IgG、IgM、IgA、TP、GLB与LZM含量显著高于阳性对照组、抗生素组(1%头孢噻呋钠)(P<0.05),与阴性对照组水平相当(P>0.05)或显著升高(21d的TP含量)(P<0.05)。2.0%,2.5%复方中药超微粉组血清中的GOT、GPT活性和TC、TG、UA含量显著低于阳性对照组、抗生素组(1%头孢噻呋钠)(P<0.05),与阴性对照组水平相当(P>0.05)或显著降低(TC含量)(P<0.05),而2.0%,2.5%复方中药超微粉组各指标未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,以2.0%复方中药超微粉效果较好,能显著提高雏鸡人工感染致病性E.coli后机体的免疫水平和肝脏、肾脏功能代谢水平,减轻肝脏、肾脏器官的损伤,促进体内LZM分泌。本试验为研发防治鸡致病性大肠杆病的复方中药超微粉制剂及临床应用提供参考依据。

In order to explore the influence of compound Chinese medicine ultrafine powder on the on immune and biochemical indices of pathogenic E.coli serum induced by artificial infection a total of 180 chicks 14 day old were randomly divided into 6groups,each containing 3replicates and 10replicates per group,1-6groups were negative control group,positive control group,antibiotic group(1% ceftiofur sodium)and adding 1.5%,2.0% and 2.5% compound Chinese medicine ultrafine powder group.In the 3-6 group,each chicken was treated with E.coli 2.5×10^7 CFU for continuous medication 7d,except for 1group,and 14dafter withdrawal.At the day 7,14and 21,10 chickens were randomly selected from each group to collect blood,and the serum immunological and biochemical indexes were determined.The results showed that the contents of IgG,IgM,IgA,TP,GLB and LZM in the serum of 14,21d,5 and 6 groups were significantly higher than those in the 2 and 3 groups(P<0.05),which were equivalent to the 1groups(P>0.05)or significantly higher(TP content of 21d)(P<0.05).The levels of GOT,GPT and TC,TG and UA in the serum of 5and 6groups were significantly lower than those in the 2 and 3 groups(P<0.05),which were equivalent to the 1groups(P>0.05)or significantly decreased(P<0.05).It shows that the effect of 2% compound Chinese medicine ultrafine powder(5groups)is better.It can significantly improve the immune level and the metabolic level of liver and kidney,reduce the damage of liver and kidney organs,promote the secretion of LZM in the body.The aim of this study is to provide reference for the development and clinical application of compound Chinese medicine ultrafine powder for the prevention and treatment of Chicken Pathogenic rod disease.
