萝卜苷改善db/db小鼠糖尿病的效果

摘要 目的探索萝卜苷在2型糖尿病模型db/db小鼠中的作用。方法取12周龄雄性db/db小鼠20只,随机数字表法分为对照组和萝卜苷组,分别给予蒸馏水和100 mg/kg萝卜苷水溶液灌胃,每天1次,连续8周,每周监测小鼠体重,于第8周进行葡萄糖耐量试验(glucose tolerance test,GTT)和胰岛素耐量试验(insulin tolerance test,ITT),第9周采用全自动生化分析仪测定血清中总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,LDL-C)和血糖含量。结果与对照组相比,100 mg/kg萝卜苷组小鼠体重增长缓慢,从第2周至第8周均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);血清TG、TC、LDL-C和血糖含量均显著降低(P<0.05),HDL-C水平上升但差异无统计学意义;GTT和ITT实验结果显示萝卜苷组小鼠具有更好的葡萄糖耐受性和胰岛素敏感性。结论萝卜苷不仅能够抑制db/db小鼠体重增长,还可以改善db/db小鼠的糖脂代谢稳态,并提高其胰岛素敏感性。
