摘要
试验选取TiO2和SiO2气凝胶,制备SiO2气凝胶涂层剂、TiO2涂层剂以及TiO2/SiO2气凝胶涂层剂,并将其涂覆在帐篷表面,制得隔热帐篷材料。通过测量涂层织物的内外温差、拉伸断裂强力和导热系数,讨论功能粒子质量分数对隔热效果的影响。结果表明,未涂层织物内外温差为19.8℃;当SiO2气凝胶质量分数为5%时,织物内外温差为7.9℃;当TiO2质量分数为12%时,织物内外温差为2.6℃;当两者复配以后,5%SiO2气凝胶+12%TiO2时,帐篷隔热性能最好,和未涂层织物相比,内外温差降低17.2℃,拉伸断裂强力为2 173.3 N,导热系数为0.056 W/(m·K)。
SiO2 aerogel coating agent,TiO2 coating agent and TiO2/SiO2 aerogel coating agent are prepared and applied to surface coating of the tent to produce thermal insulation material.By measuring the temperature difference between the inside and outside,tensile breaking strength and thermal conductivity of the coated fabric,the influence of concentrations of functional particles on the thermal insulation effect is discussed.The results show that the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the uncoated fabric is 19.8℃.When the coating agent is only SiO2 aerogel of 5%,the temperature difference is 7.9℃.When the coating agent is only TiO2 of 12%,the temperature difference is 2.6℃.When the coating agent is 5%SiO2 aerogel mixed with 12%TiO2,the thermal insulation property of the tent is the best with the temperature difference between inside and outside decreased by 17.2℃,the treated tent has the tensile breaking strength of 2173.3 N and the thermal conductivity of 0.056 W/(m·K).
