摘要
YKL-40是新发现的哺乳动物几丁质酶样蛋白,近年的许多研究表明YKL-40与呼吸系统疾病的发生和发展有着紧密的联系,本文对YKL-40与呼吸系统疾病近期研究进行了综述。
YKL-40 is a newly discovered mammalian chitinase-like protein.Recent studies have shown that YKL-40 is closely relate to the pathogenesis of respiratory diseases.This article reviews the recent development of YKL-40 and its involvement in respiratory diseases.
