涌泉穴贴敷联合耳穴贴压治疗肾性高血压的临床观察

Clinical Observation in Renal Hypertension Treated by Sticking on Yongquan Acupoint Combined with Auricular Sticking Therapy

目的:观察涌泉穴穴位贴敷联合耳穴贴压治疗肾性高血压的临床疗效。方法:将96例肾性高血压患者随机分配至穴位贴敷组、耳穴贴压组和联合组,均予常规西药治疗,穴位贴敷组加予穴位贴敷治疗,每日1次;耳穴贴压组加予耳穴贴压治疗,每日1次;联合组加予穴位贴敷结合耳穴贴压治疗,每日1次。14天后观察三组治疗前后的收缩压、舒张压,并比较临床疗效。结果:与穴位贴敷组及耳穴贴压组相比较,联合组能够更好地降低收缩压及舒张压(P<0.05);联合组总有效率为90.3%,优于穴位贴敷组的80.0%及耳穴贴压组的61.3%(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷与耳穴贴压两者相结合能够进一步提高治疗肾性高血压的临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy in the treatment of renal hypertension by auricular sticking therapy combined with sticking on Yongquan acupoint.Methods:Select 96 cases of renal hypertension patients and averagely distributed them to three groups.All three groups were treated with conventional western medicine.Acupoint application group was treated with acupoint application once a day,auricular sticking therapy group was treated with auricular sticking therapy once a day,and combined group was treated with acupoint application combined with auricular sticking therapy.Observed the numerical value of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure before and after the treatment,then assessed the clinical curative effect based on the numerical value.Results:Compared with acupoint application and auricular sticking therapy group,acupoint application combined with auricular sticking therapy group reduced most in the numerical value of the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure(P<0.05).Acupoint application combined with auricular sticking therapy group’s total effective rate was 90.3%,better than acupoint application group of 80.0% or auricular sticking therapy group of 61.3%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular sticking therapy combined with sticking on Yongquan acupoint could improve the clinical curative effect further in the treatment of renal hypertension.
