系统保护可控资源池全景监视预警系统设计应用 被引量:2

摘要 通过建设系统保护有效解决了送、受端电网的频率安全问题。按照未来电网调控系统“物理分布、逻辑统一”的总原则、新一代调控系统总体设计思路、泛在电力物联网状态全面感知特征要求,结合系统保护装置分层调管的现状,提出了分布式系统保护可控资源池全景监视预警系统的总体框架;阐述了装置模型数据拼接、可控资源池标签化、系统保护控制策略在线校核预警、系统保护调度运行智能辅助决策等关键技术。西北电网的实际应用情况表明该系统有效提升了系统保护装置投运后的电网调控运行管理能力。 Construction of the system protection has effectively solved the problem of frequency security of both sending and receiving power grids.According to the general principle of“physical distribution and logical unification”of the future power grid dispatching control system,overall design ideas of the new generation power grid dispatching control system,the characteristic requirements for overall state awareness of ubiquitous power internet of things,and the current situation of layered regulation of system protective devices,this paper presents the general framework of the panoramic monitoring and early warning system for distributed system protection controllable resource pool,and elaborates the key technologies such as split joint of device model and data,labeling of controllable resource pool,online checking and early warning of system protection control strategy,intelligent assistant decision making for system protection dispatching operation.The practical application in Northwest Power Grid shows it can effectively enhance the power grid regulation and operation management ability after the system protection device is put into operation.
