低液位铝扁锭铸造装置的机械技术要点及应用实践

摘要 介绍了自主开发的低液位铸造装置的系统组成,并对该装置安装与生产关键技术进行了阐述;通过生产实践检验了低液位铸造装置的实用性,铸造过程安全可靠,生产的5052A扁锭表面无拉痕、黑线、明显偏析瘤和冷隔等缺陷,偏析层约400μm,完全满足高端产品的要求。 In this paper,the system composition of the self-developed low level casting device is introduced,and the key technology of installation and production of the device is described.By production practice,the practicability of the low-level casting device is tested,and the casting process is safe and reliable.The surface of the 5052A flat ingot produced is free of pull marks,black lines,obvious segregation layer and cold septum,the segregation layer is about 400μm,which fully met the requirements of high-end products.
