Design and implementation of adjustable high voltage large range switching power supply

摘要 针对农业领域物理防控农作物害虫的需要,设计实现了一个高压可调大范围的开关电源,采用ARM7微处理器作为电源的控制器完成ADC变换及运行PID算法,产生脉冲编码调制PWM实现对调整管的控制,利用彩电高压包作为高压脉冲变压器。经过MATLAB/SIMULINK仿真,验证了电路方案的可行性,经过测试表明:输出电压可以在1 000 V-20 kV范围内连续可调,负载电流为0-5 mA,且具有体积小、成本低、宽范围、智能化的特点,可以满足蔬菜叶面害虫的防控需要,也可以应用到类似指标的领域。 Aiming at meeting the demands of preventing and controling the plant pests,a switch power supply with a wide range of high voltage adjustable is designed and realized. The ARM7 microprocessor is used as the controller of the power supply to complete ADC conversion and operate PID algorithm,generate PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) to adjust the output voltage,and the high voltage pulse transformer which is used in the color TV is adopted for boosting the output voltage.Through MATLAB/SIMULINK to verify the feasibility of the circuit scheme,test showed that the output voltage can be continuous adjustable range from 1000 V to 20 kV,load current 0 - 5 mA,meanwhile it has small volume,low cost,wide range,the characteristics of intelligent,can meet the demand of the prevention and control of vegetable leaf pests,can also be applied to the field of similar applications.
