广西航空医学救援网络建设现状分析及对策探讨

Analysis of the Current Situation of Guangxi Aviation Medical Rescue Network Construction and Countermeasures

目的对广西航耷医学救援网络布局现状进行分析,针对存在问题寻找解决办法。方法对广西航空紧急医学救援网络建设信息库数据进行统计学分析。结果①目前全区建有6个航空医学救援基地。②网络医院已全面覆盖全区H个地市,已有94家医疗机构签约加入航空医学救援网络,成为航空救援网络医院,网点医院以三曱综合性医院为主。③全区现有2架急救直升机;院内临时起降点和院外接驳为医疗机构设置起降点的主要形式,建立永久停机坪的医疗机构较少。④自广西航空医學救援体系成立以来,已成功转运25例患者。结论广西航空医学救援网络尚处于起步阶段,需加快航空医学救援网络布局建设,增加起降点,实现广西航空医学救援网络的全覆盖。

Objective To analyze the current situation of the layout of Guangxi Aviation Medical Rescue Network and find solutions to existing problems.Methods Statistical analysis was carried out on the data of Guangxi Aviation Emer gency Medical Network Construction Information Database.Results①There were 6 aviation medical rescue bases in the whole district.②The network hospital had covered 14 cities in the whole region.94 medical institutions had signed up to join the aviation medical rescue network and became the aviation rescue network hospital.The outlet hospitals were mainly a top three comprehensive hospital.③There were 2 emergency helicopters in the district;the temporary take-off and landing points in the hospital and the out-of-hospital connection were the main forms for setting up and landing points for medical institutions,and fewer medical institutions set up permanent aprons.④Since the establish ment of the Guangxi Aviation Medical Rescue System,25 patients had been successfully transported.Conclusion The Guangxi Aviation Medical Rescue Network is still in its preliminary stage.It is necessary to speed up the construction of the aviation medical rescue network,increase the take-off and landing points,and realize the full coverage of the Guangxi Aviation Medical Rescue Network.
