Experience of Medical Services Around the Finish Line of 2018 Shanghai International Half-Marathon

目的分享2018年上海国际半程马拉松终点医疗保障经验。方法上海市东方医院的中国国际应急医疔队(上海)派出覆盖医护和后勤多个专业的57名队员在比赛终点进行医疗保障。保障分成3组,配备应急响应的医疗设备和药品分别在终点医疗站、选手休息大厅和医疗站点间的选手路径上进行医疗保障。结桌保障过程中共接诊患者506人,其中运动损伤338人,中暑147人,过度通气11人,腹痛8人,心理障碍2人,未发生心脏驟停及猝死病例。有7人因病情较重转送上海市东方医院就诊,其他患者均现场治疗观察,病情缓解、各项状态良好或治愈后离开。结论半程马拉松赛参加人员匕业余选手为主,未事先进行体检等检测,赛中及赛后极易发生意外情况。终点医疗保障需要提前部署,周密规划,分工明确,保障人员需要任务熟练,一专多能,注重运动损伤和中暑的治疗和防范,特别需要关注赛后心理障碍的识别和治疗。保障结束后仍需总结经验,加强针对性业务培训,以便更好保障各项赛事的安全。

Objective To share the experience of medical services around the finish line of 2018 Shanghai International Half-Maralhon.Methods 57 members including different professions of medical care and logistics from Shanghai East Hospital were sent by China International Emergency Medical Team(Shanghai),which were divided into 3 teams with medical equipment and medication respectively,provided medical services in final medical station,lobby of players and other places.Results 506 patients were treated,including 338 with sport injuries,147 with heat stroke,11 with hy-peiTentilation,8 with abdominal pain and 2 with psychological disorders,and there were none of heart arrest or death.There were 7 patients transferred to Shanghai East Hospital(South campus)because of their severe illness,and others were Irealecl at the scene leaving after they were cured or remitted with steady condition.Conclusion Participants of half marathon are mainly un-professionals without health examinations and relevant test,thus it is easy for them to have accidents during or after the race.Finish-line medical services need to be deployed in advance and careful planed.Providers need to be arranged properly with multiple skills preferably.Treatment and prevention of sport injuries and heat stroke need to be pay attention to.Psychological disorders need rapid and careful identification and treatment additionally.It is necessary to summarize the experience and strengthen the pertinency training in order to protect the marathon runners in a better and safer way.
