模拟人联合动物疾病模型在心肺复苏培训中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨模拟人联合动物疾病模型在心肺复苏培训中的效果。方法将2019年3-6月在急诊科进行住院医师规范化培训的学员随机分为联合组(n=38)由和对照组(n=38)。联合组使用模拟人培训联合动物疾病模型进行心肺复苏培训,对照组单独使用模拟人培训。动物疾病模型为大鼠心肺复苏模型,学员利用动物疾病模型观察大鼠在心脏骤停及心肺复苏整个过程中的症状、体征、心电图以及病理指标的典型演变,让学员动手给心脏骤停的大鼠行心脏按压、机械通气以及使用抢救药物,使其能充分了解心肺复苏启动时间、实施质量以及抢救药物应用等因素对复苏成功率的影响。培训后两组同时进行理论和技能考核。结果统计结果显示联合组的琛论考核分数和技能考核分数均明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论模拟人联合动物疾病模型的培训能提高住院医师规范化培训学员的心肺复苏培训质量。 Objective To explore the effect of the combination of emergency care simulator and animal disease model in the cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.Methods From March to June 2019,the trainees of standardized resident training in the emergency department were randomly divided into the combination group(n=38)and the control group(n=38).The combination group was trained using both an emergency care simulator and the animal disease model,while the control group was trained only using an emergency care simulator.Cardiac arrest and cardiopulmonary resuscitation were administrated in rats.For getting a deeper understanding,residents observed the typical changes of symptoms and pathophysiology in rats and operated chest compression,mechanical ventilation and rescue drugs on the rat model.Re sults The combination group had higher scores in theory and practical skill tests compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The combination of emergency care simulator and animal disease model can improve the quality of cardiopulmonary resuscitation training.
