摘要
目的:探索改良伸直位制动法建立实验兔膝骨关节炎模型的方法。方法:取27只实验兔随机分为A、B组,伸直位制动右膝关节,左膝关节为空白对照,造模后2、6周分别处死A组和B组实验兔,对关节软骨进行大体病理观察和HE染色观察。结果:2组右侧股骨髁关节软骨均可见不同程度的关节软骨退变,对照侧关节软骨正常,且B组关节软骨退变程度明显高于A组。结论:改良伸直位制动法建立兔膝骨关节炎模型具有极高的成功率,能够很好地模拟骨性关节炎的发病过程和病理变化,是一种可行可靠的骨性关节炎的造模方法。
Objective:To explore the improved cast immobilization method of establishing the rabbit knee osteoarthritis model.Methods:27 New Zealand adult rabbits were divided into A,B groups randomly.The right knees received immobilization in extension position,while the left knees were blank controls.The cartilage samples were taken for gross observation and HE stain after 2 weeks and 6 weeks of modeling respectively.Results:Degenerative changes were observed in the right femoral condyle cartilage of all right knees and the control group had normal articular cartilage.Furthermore,the degree of articular cartilage degeneration in Group B was significantly higher than that of Group A.Conclusions:Improved cast immobilization method has a very high success rate and can well simulate the pathogenesis and physiological changes of osteoarthritis.It is a feasible and reliable osteoarthritis modeling method.
