摘要
随着科技管理“放管服”改革和政府会计制度的改革,农业科研单位在财务管理信息系统建设方面做了大量的工作,付出了不懈的努力,提高了财务管理服务水平,但仍然存在财务管理系统功能不完善、没有与单位其他信息系统共享和使用人员受限等问题。文章通过分析农业科研单位财务管理信息系统存在的问题,有针对性地提出了优化完善财务管理信息系统的对策。
As scientific and technological management"delegate power,improve regulation and upgrade services"and government accounting system,agricultural scientific research units in the aspect of financial management information system construction.However,there are still incomplete financial management system functions,not shared with other information systems of the unit and limited use of personnel and other issues.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the financial management information system of agricultural scientific research institutions and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize and perfect the financial management information system.
