摘要
职业教育的“育人”质量是职业教育的核心,依据叙事的三个层次挖掘叙事与职业教育融合的必要性,并从叙事职业能力内涵分析,从技术技能叙述、跨学科思维方式、职业及人文精神领悟等三个方面提出叙事职业能力培养方案,从而提高现代职业教育人才培养质量。
The quality of talent cultivation is the core of vocational education.Based on the integration of narrative and vocational education,and connotation analysis of narrative vocational ability,a new cultivation scheme is put forward from three aspects,technical and skill narrative,cross-disciplinary thinking,comprehension of vocational and humanistic spirit,to improve the quality of talent cultivation of modern vocational education.
