连锁经营管理专业现代学徒制的探索与实践——以安徽财贸职业学院为例

Exploration and Practice of Modern Apprenticeship in Major of Chain Management——Taking Anhui Finance and Trade Vocational College as an Example

现代学徒制是我国职业教育产教融合、校企合作育人新型模式,也是深化我国职业教育改革的热点问题。通过对连锁经营管理专业现代学徒制展开探索与实践,校企合作开展交替式人才培养模式,制定岗位典型工作任务和职业技能,实施双导师制,开展现代学徒制过程化和动态化管理,实现校企一体化育人。

Modern apprenticeship is not only a new mode of integration of production and education in vocational education in China,but also a mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises in educating people.Therefore,it is a hot issue in deepening the reform of Chinese vocational education.Based on the exploration and practice of modern apprenticeship in the major of chain management,school-enterprise cooperation takes the form of alternate talent training model,which formulates typical tasks for the post along with implementing a dual tutor system.Meanwhile,it carries out the process and dynamic management of the modern apprenticeship so as to realize the integration of school and enterprise.
