不同评分在蒿属花粉变应性鼻炎预后评估中的价值

Relevance evaluation of different scores in different stages of specific immunotherapy for Artemisia pollen allergic rhinitis

目的比较变应性鼻炎体征评分、鼻症状总积分(TNSS)、视觉模拟量表(VAS)、鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(RQLQ)在变应性鼻炎(AR)预后评估中的相关性。方法对136例进行蒿属花粉特异性免疫治疗的AR患者,在治疗前及治疗后1年进行体征评分、TNSS、VAS、RQLQ,比较其相关性。结果治疗前体征评分、TNSS、VAS与RQLQ的相关系数为:0.547、0.419、0.383,P<0.05;治疗1年后体征评分、TNSS、VAS与RQLQ的相关系数为:0.686、0.630、0.621,P<0.05。结论体征评分联合TNSS在蒿属花粉变应性鼻炎的诊治过程中使用,能够有效评估患者生活质量。

Objective To compare the correlation of allergic rhinitis symptom sign score,total score of nasal symptoms(TNSS),visual analog scale(VAS),rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ)in the evaluation of allergic rhinitis(AR)efficacy.Methods A total of 136 AR patients treated with artemisia pollen-specific immunotherapy were evaluated for signs score,TNSS,VAS and RQLQ before and 1 year after treatment.Results Before treatment,the correlation coefficients of sign score,TNSS,VAS and RQLQ were 0.547,0.419,0.383,P<0.05;1 year after treatment,the correlation coefficients of sign score,TNSS,VAS and RQLQ were 0.686,0.630,0.621,P<0.05.Conclusion Sign score combined with TNSS in the diagnosis and treatment of artemisia pollen allergic rhinitis can effectively assess the quality of life of patients.
