MiRNA在糖尿病心肌病中的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 糖尿病心肌病(DCM)会加速心肌细胞凋亡,使心肌细胞收缩机制发生异常改变以及发生心力衰竭等。根据国际糖尿病联合会的数据,2013年全球糖尿病患者有3亿8200万人,预计到2035年将上升至5亿9200万人[1]。作为临床上最常见的疾病之一,糖尿病晚期可能会出现糖尿病神经病变、糖尿病肾病、糖尿病心肌病等多种并发症,而糖尿病心肌病则是全球糖尿病人群致死的主要原因之一[2]。目前糖尿病心肌病的治疗方法多以口服降糖药物、注射胰岛素及改变生活方式控制血糖为主,并无特异有效的治疗方案用来减缓心肌细胞的病变及减少心力衰竭的发生。微小RNA(miRNA)是生物体内一类内源性非编码RNA,其长度约为18-25个核苷酸大小,其作用是通过裂解或抑制翻译靶mRNA进而使转录后的基因表达得到调节[3],它在心肌细胞增殖、心肌肥大、心脏发育、血管再生等多个生理和病理过程中具有重要意义。本文就miRNAs在糖尿病心肌病中的研究作一综述。
