高职药品制造类专业大类招生培养模式的实践与探讨——以漳州卫生职业学院为例

The Practices and Discussions of General Enrolling and Training Mode of Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Major in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Zhangzhou Health Vocational College as an Example

实行专业大类招生培养模式,是高职院校改善冷门专业招生数量及质量、培养复合型技能人才的有效途径。结合漳州卫生职业学院药品制造类专业的实践经验和相关调研提出,高职院校实行专业大类招生培养,要针对学制短、学生学习能力差等实际情况,筛选基础知识相近、社会认可度相差不大的专业进行组合,同时要认真做好专业分流、课程体系构建、学生管理等配套工作,才能达到预期效果。

The general enrolling and training mode is an effective way to improve the quantity and quality of enrollment of the minor majors and promote the cultivation of compound skilled talents in higher vocational colleges.Based on the practical experiences and analyses of the pharmaceutical manufacturing major in Zhangzhou health vocational college,it is proposed that the implementation of major enrollment training in higher vocational colleges should be based on the actual situation of short learning system and poor learning ability of students,and select the specialties with similar basic knowledge and similar social recognition degree for combination,at the same time,it is necessary to do a good job in major diversion,curriculum system construction,student management and other supporting work to achieve the desired results.
