巨尾桉单板表面粗糙度对其胶合性能影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 用不同目数砂纸砂磨巨尾桉单板表面,获取对应的表面粗糙度,分析表面粗糙度对单板表面润湿性及胶合强度的影响。结果表明,随着表面粗糙度增大,单板表面润湿性提高,胶合强度有上升与下降的变化,但不呈线性关系。处理单板表面有利于胶合干强度的提高,但湿强度有一定的减弱。 The surface of eucalyptus grandis veneer were treated with different grades of sandpaper to obtain different surface roughness.The influence of roughness on bonding strength,as well as their relationship were all analyzed.The results showed that with the increase of surface roughness,the surface wettability of the wood elevated,and the bonding strength did not exhibit linear variation even including rise and decline.The treatment on veneer surface was conductive to the improvement of dry bonding strength,but there was a certain of decrease in the wet bonding strength.
