Supporting Policies for Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Shandong Province Based on Enterprise Life Cycle Theory

中小企业是国民经济的重要组成部分,是市场经济中最有活力的经济主体。贯彻落实中小企业促进法,大力发展中小企业是推动地方经济发展的重点任务。企业是有生命周期的。按照企业生命周期理论把企业成长周期分为创业期、成长期、成熟期、衰退期四个阶段,根据这四个周期制定相应的中小企业支持政策,才能体现支持政策的针对性和实效性。

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important part of the national economy and the most dynamic economic subject in the market economy.Implementing the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises and vigorously developing small and medium-sized enterprises are the key tasks to promote local economic development.Enterprises have a life cycle.According to the business life cycle theory,the company's growth cycle is divided into four stages:entrepreneurial stage,growth stage,mature stage,and recession stage.According to these four cycles,corresponding supporting policies for small and medium-sized enterprises can be formulated to reflect the pertinence and effectiveness of the supporting policies.
