小保当矿井选煤厂生产废水输送方式研究

Production Wastewater Transportation Mode in Xiaobaodang Coal Preparation Plant

针对选煤厂内生产废水回收方式多样的问题,以小保当矿井选煤厂生产水回收为例,简要说明两种生产废水传递输送系统的工作方式,并列举优缺点,对它们在实际中的能耗进行对比计算,以期得出运行效果最佳、方案最优化的排水形式,为今后煤炭系统新建及改造厂房冲洗排水输送形式的选择提供参考借鉴.

Aiming at the different recovery of the production wastewater,this article took Xiaobaodang Coal Preparation Plant as an example to explain the operations of the two production wastewater transportation systems,and list their advantages and disadvantages.By comparing their actual energy consumption,the optimal drainage was obtained,which could be a reference for the wastewater transportation selection for the new and renovated plants in the future coal system.
