基于多属性决策的配电网项目储备库评价方法

Reserve Database Evaluation of Distribution Network Projects Based on Multi-Attribute Decision Making

为更好地分析配电网项目储备库,引入多属性决策理论,提出一种新型的配电网项目储备库评价方法。根据工程项目的审计目标及具体内容,分别确定项目的界定特点与审计特点,完成配电网项目工程的全过程审计。再通过逐级定义配电网项目名称的方式,建立完整的评价运算规则,实现多属性决策评价的排序处理,完成多属性决策评价体系的构建。在此基础上,定义储备库概念,按照多属性决策规则的应用限制条件,进行实例分析,实现新型配电网项目储备库评价方法的应用。

In order to better analyze the reserve database of distribution network projects,the multi-attribute decision theory is introduced and a new evaluation method of the reserve database of distribution network projects is proposed in this paper.According to the audit objectives and specific contents of the project,the defining characteristics and audit characteristics of the project are determined,and the whole process audit of the distribution network project is completed.Furthermore,by defining the project name of distribution network step by step,a complete evaluation operation rule is established to realize the sorting processing of the multi-attribute decision evaluation and complete the construction of multi-attribute decision evaluation system.On this basis,the concept of reserve database is defined,and the application constraints of multi-attribute decision rules are applied to the case analysis,so as to realize the application of the evaluation method of the new distribution network project reserve database.
