光伏并网下配电网单向功率潮流安全监测方法 被引量:5

摘要 针对传统的光伏并网下配电网单向功率潮流安全监测方法监测时间过长这一问题,研究了一种新的光伏并网下配电网单向功率潮流安全监测方法。通过建立太阳辐射模型并结合光伏出力计算出光伏并网下的配电网中是否存在威胁因子,利用潮流分析法分析配电网单向功率潮流安全监测的威胁因子威胁程度,建立威胁分析体系,当威胁因子威胁程度极高,配电网会立刻发出报警,并将监测结果记录下来。通过对比实验验证监测方法有效性,结果表明,给出的光伏并网下配电网单向功率潮流安全监测方法能够在短时间内精准地监测出配电网内部的危险因子,且稳定性强。 To address the problem that the monitoring time of the unidirectional power flow safety monitoring method under the traditional photovoltaic grid-connected distribution network is too long,a new unidirectional power flow safety monitoring method for the distribution network under the photovoltaicconnected grid is studied.Through the establishment of the solar radiation model and combined with the photovoltaic output it can be worked out whether there is a risk factor in the distribution network under the photovoltaic-connected grid,and the power flow analysis method is used to analyze the risk level of the unidirectional power flow safety monitoring of the distribution network,and the risk analysis system is established.When the risk factor is extremely high,the distribution network will immediately issue an alarm and record the monitoring results.The effectiveness of the monitoring method is verified through comparative experiments.The results show that the unidirectional power flow safety monitoring method of the photovoltaic grid-connected distribution network can accurately monitor the risk factors inside the distribution network in a short time with high stability.
