从产品思维谈媒体变革中的主持人竞争策略

摘要 主持人是内容产品的制造者,也是内容产品的重要构成元素.面对日趋激烈的竞争环境,文章尝试从功能的不可替代性、品牌的价值提升和体验的个性化设计三个维度,分析了以“满足用户需求”为核心的产品思维,探索主持人应对媒体变革的竞争策略,并提出建议性的解决思路. Presenter is a maker of content products,and an important component of content products as well.This article attempts to analyze the competitive strategy of presenters responding to media transformation by using the core product thought of how to"meet customer demand",in the face of an increasingly fierce competitive environment,based on the analysis of three aspects-the irreplaceability of the function,the value promotion of brands and the personalized design of user experience,proposed suggestions will be put forward in the article.
