基于“双毒学说”探讨分期论治痛风性关节炎

Discussion on Staged Treatment of Gouty Arthritis Based on “Double Poisons Theory”

痛风(Gout)是由于单钠尿酸盐沉积引起的一种晶体性关节炎,属于中医"痹病"范畴。应森林教授根据多年临床实践经验,对痛风的病因病机、辨证论治有独到的见解,提出"双毒学说"为痛风性关节炎发病的主要病因病机,认为本病之核心病因病机在"毒",又因其发病时间、感邪性质、致病特点等不同,主张分期治疗,急性期(亦称外毒期或邪毒期)以"外感邪毒"为主,缓解期(亦称内毒期或伏毒期)以"内生伏毒"为主,基于"双毒学说"指导下分期治疗痛风性关节炎,恰可为痛风性关节炎分期论治提供新思路。

Gout is a form kind of crystalline arthritis caused by high uric acid the deposition of monosodium urate,belonging to bi-disease which belongs to the category of arthralgia disease in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor YING Senlin,based on many years of clinical experience,has original views on the etiology,pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation and treatment of gout,and puts forward the "double toxin theory" as the main etiology and pathogenesis of gouty arthritis.It is considered that the core etiology and pathogenesis of the disease lies in "poison".Because of its onset time,sense of evil nature,and onset characteristics,Professor YING Senlin advocates staging treatment of gouty arthritis,in the acute phase the "exogenous sinister poison" is the main one,and the chronic phase is mainly "endogenous latent toxin".Based on the "double poison theory" under the guidance of gouty arthritis can provide new ideas for the treatment of staged treatment.
